Hi, Cool Website!!! I am a metal sculptor, and I have ridden motorcycles for the last 20 years. Always interested in the wallof death, I will build one (stationary) in a large water tower which I have access to. Then I will build a transportable wall. There was only one wall in Ireland about 25 years ago, there was a film about it called "Eat the Peach" I can get you details if you like. Hey Rhett, How are ya doing? Ive seen your show before and you are awsome man. Im a huge fan of the Wall. I've been interested ever since I saw Elvis's Round About when I was a kid. I've collected everything I can related to the Wall Of Death. My big dream is to be a Wall rider. Ive been riding for about 20 years now. Right now I got a custom 77 sporty that keeps me occupied. What I'd like to know is how to become a Wall Rider. I've got good riding skills and the balls but no one to show me the ropes or let me give it a try. I live in Upstate N.Y not far from where the Harley Rendezvous. I work security every year there. I'd be willing to travel if you'd be willing to mentor somebody. I cant stop thinking about the wall. I'll do whatever it takes to be a student of yours so just keep me in mind in the event your ever lookin for somebody. Rhett, Just saw your show today in Hot Springs, Ar. You may not remember, but after the show, i shook your hand and told you that i was 44 yrs. old and had not seen a "barrel show" like yours since i was about 8yrs old while with my dad at the annual "Cotton Carnival" held in Memphis, TN on the river each year. My father has been dead many years, but you brought back some very fond memories. The sight, sounds, and smell of the exhaust took me back 36 yrs. Thanks for keeping the sport of wall racing alive! Rhett, We saw the show - Rally week Laconia, 16 June 01. Absolutely amazing. I first saw the "motodrome" at Fryburg Maine at the County Fair - must have been 1973 0r 4. I was astounded at what one could do in the barrel. Shocked when two went at the same time. Nobody - and I mean nobody - came close to what you do. Seeing you side saddle and spread eagle in the barrel defies all laws of reasonable possibility. A fantastic show. Your introduction, presentation and showmanship represent the best of what american history and current culture can offer in terms of rugged courage and fearless stunt riding. You rank high as an american icon - preserving the tradition of daredevils past and certainly improving upon it. God bless you and your family. Ride on, my friend.

I just wanted to let you know that you made the Harley Happenings here in Gowanda, NY. Your show was the highlight of our weekend. Rip & Kim, I was the "old fart" who talked with you at Thunder Beach Bike Rally in Panama City. I just want to say, again, that in my 62 years I have seen many wall of death shows all over the U.S., but I have NEVER seen one that even comes close to matchin yours. You are truly awesome, Son, and I will remember your performance for the rest of my years.
